It is with the Mastery of
Awareness that we learn to see another choice in how to be, act, and feel,
in every interaction, and every relationship.
We cannot make a choice, until we see a choice.
It is through the tools of transformation contained in the Medicine
Bag that we can change our own life. The Medicine Bag is a system
and process to inventory your beliefs and patterns so that they are
brought into your awareness. It is in becoming self aware that we
create opportunities to break false beliefs and destructive emotional
patterns.
Through the inventory
process of the Medicine Bag
we transform our reactions, attitude, emotional state, and our
relationships. Once the spiritual warrior has become aware of the manner in which
he/she goes against themselves, it is with certainty that we transform our
own dream. The completion of this process takes us to the Mastery of
Transformation
One of the underlying
agreements the world has left us with is to look to others for our own
answers. In the Toltec
teachings, we break this pattern and empower the warrior to recover their
own dream. The Guide brings the tools of awareness for the warrior to diagnose their own self
sabotaging beliefs that make up the mitote in our mind, and transform
themselves. In this way the guide trains the warrior to fight their own
battle in the mind.
When a Warrior has
recovered their personal freedom, they no longer look to anyone to be
responsible for their happiness. They no longer blame, judge, or suffer in
drama. They know they are the power within themselves that creates
authentic happiness. Through practice, they are using their own personal
power. It is by
practice that we become masters. Through
practice we will master using our word in the way of Truth and Love. When
we have mastered the use of our word we will create Heaven on Earth for
ourselves. This is the Mastery of Love.
This process of Awareness,
Transformation, and the creation of a Dream of Love, represents the three
masteries of the Toltecs. The
wisdom in these masteries is what the Guide has to offer.
The levels of transformation through this process directly represent the
levels the apprentices traveled through in the ancient place of Wisdom
called Teotihuacan.
All of the tools and practices of transformation are means to bring
medicine to our emotions and our mind. It is the guide that brings
these tools and practices in his Medicine Bag.
